TERMS OF SERVICE!

All methods of payment accepted except for nitro etc.The commissioning process:-We will first discuss about the price and kind of commission you're looking for-I will then draw a quick sketch and you will have time to make any changes such as the appearance of the character and such-Once the sketch is approved, you'll have to make the payment (full) and then I'll start on the commission as well as giving updates on the progress etc.-Once the results are done, I'll be sending the finished piece (watermarked) for approval, if approved, I'll send the unwatermarked version!

WILL draw:

  • Humans

  • Animals [along with human owners]

  • Simple backgrounds

  • Slight gore

WILL NOT draw:

  • NSFW

  • Heavy gore

  • Nudity [including artistic forms]

  • Mecha

  • Complex backgrounds

As the artist, I:

  • Have the right to refuse a commission

  • Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork

  • Can use the final version of the drawing as a sample for my commissions (If you do not want your commission to be shared publicly, please let me know.)

The commissioner is allowed to:

  • Use the commissioned artwork for personal use

  • Use the commissioned artwork to promote themselves on their socials

You do not have to tag me everytime you post the artwork if you don't want to (I would gladly appreciate it if you do!), but please make sure my credits are easily accessible.

The commissioner is NOT allowed to:

  • Reproduce/use the copyrighted artwork commercially, i.e. making money off it in any way (not including personal use and promoting)

  • Claim the artwork as their own.

  • Alter the artwork without my consent

Refund Policy

  • You can only cancel the commission if I haven't started it yet, otherwise I do not offer refunds

  • If I don't have time to finish the commission for any reason, I will inform you in dms and send you your money back.
